• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a C + E driving instructor or fleet specialist.

• Knowledge of the TSL industry and technical aspects related to the vehicle fleet.

• Very good communication skills in English - min. B1.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to work under time pressure.

• Accuracy in document management and attention to detail.

• Creation and supervision of service requests for both cargo vehicles and passenger vehicles.

• Providing technical and repair instructions to operational teams.

• Supervision and implementation of the process of introducing new vehicles to the fleet (vehicle inspection, vehicle equipment and documentation).

• Supervision and implementation of the process of withdrawing vehicles from the fleet (vehicle inspection, vehicle equipment and documentation).

• Monitoring the current status of the fleet / planned checks.

• Supervision of the internal process of transferring trucks between drivers - a system for recording electronic transfer protocols.

• Ensuring the necessary equipment of vehicles.
