• Experience in C+E driver recruitment or in the transport industry will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work as part of a team and be self-directed.
• Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment trends in the transport industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of English, Ukrainian, Russian will be an advantage.
  

• Actively seeking candidates on various recruitment platforms, including through social networks and business contacts.
• Conducting recruitment interviews, assessing candidates' skills and their compatibility with the requirements of the position.
• Building lasting relationships with candidates and managing a database of potential employees.
