• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, employer branding or in a similar position ideally in TSL industry. 
• Proven experience in leading employer branding or customer marketing projects.
• Strong storytelling abilities across public speaking, content creation, and social media.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and distributed online communication.
• Digital mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in Polish with good command of written and spoken English.

• Develop and implement customer marketing campaigns and success stories. 
• Establish social media guidelines and oversee customer-related digital marketing activities.
• Plan and execute key industry events and seasonal customer campaigns (e.g. Trucking Summit 2025, Easter, Christmas, peak season).
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness.
• Co-manage employer branding across multiple European countries while maintaining consistent messaging. 
• Co-create compelling content showcasing career opportunities and company culture. 
• Co-manage internal communications and co-organize employee engagement events. 
• Oversee social media strategy for both customer and employer branding.
• Build relationships with industry media and pursue company awards. 
• Promote sustainability initiatives and CSR efforts.
• Analyze employee engagement data to improve retention strategies.
