• Coordinating projects across various levels of involvement in key organizational areas such as Finance & Control, Transport Operations, People & Culture, leveraging but not limited to your area of expertise.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring and reporting of project progress and managing the documentation.
• Conducting research on current workflows, best practices, and potential project benefits.
• Fostering cross-departmental and cross-country collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conducting post-project reviews to evaluate the effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
